Today we sat down with Bianca Saracini, talented baker, multi-linguist, and a true entrepreneur at heart. We discussed her journey to rebuilding her new baking business, Swede & Sour. Bianca will be traveling back to Sweden to stag under her cousin, owner of Artisan Bread in Karlstad, named one of Sweden's Best Bakeries. She will aim to introduce traditional sourdoughs as well as delicious Swedish pastries to Bucks County and other local communities.
