Marc is owner and operator of Ooika Matcha located in Lawrenceville, NJ. Ooika was born in an attempt to preserve Japan’s most precious Matcha and Matcha terroirs, all while making uncompressed, fresh-groud Matcha accessible in the USA. With that in mind, they found a home in New Jersey. What started off as a space to mill matcha, rapidly grew into a thriving matcha cafe. Ooika is a new business, offering fresh ground matcha products, and exciting eats & treats. Big things are on the horizon for the Ooika team, make sure to stop in if you're from the area!
